Blockchain for breakfast

Don't be surprised if you soon eat blockchain for breakfast.

Blockchain is the next generation of internet. Now IBM has developed something called crypto-anchors. These are tiny computers smaller than the size of a salt grain, equipped with AI and coupled to the blockchain. They can also come in the form of edible ink. These crypto-anchors can be used to track and trace almost anything. They will follow goods, people, things all over the world and can be used to ensure that what we buy is safe, healthy and manufactured & distributed under fair conditions. In some countries, as much as 70% of all drugs are counterfeit, which means that a lot of people get placebo instead of malaria medicine with devastating consequences.

Blockchain has the potential to solve many of the problems we are facing today with respect to counterfeits and other kinds of crime.
